It’s that time of the year again where everyone is in the holiday spirit, cheery and merry,

especially the hosts at DC’s number one hit music station, Hot 99.5.

Every year, Capital One and Hot 99.5 FM team up to bring the hottest artists of the year together on one stage for one night only. I present to you, the Hot 99.5 Jingle Ball presented by Capital One.

This year many different artists shared the stage, such as EDM artists, Diplo and The Chainsmokers; Pop artists including Ellie Goulding, Alessia Cara, Daya, Fifth Harmony, DNCE Tove Lo and former One Direction heart throb Niall Horan and also a surprise appearance by Machine Gun Kelly.

Fifth Harmony opened up the night with That’s My Girl and ended with Work From Home. Next up was Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo who performed a few songs including her most popular song Talking Bodies. The former One Direction singer Niall Horan played his debut single, This Town. G Eazy, Diplo, Ellie Goulding, up and coming artist Daya and DNCE also took the stage as well as The Chainsmokers, who closed the night with a big bang as they played their most popular hit Closer.

We also can’t forget the very holiday enthusiastic hosts and their tacky yet stylish holiday attire even took the stage to introduce each artist as they took the stage.

The night was full of many talented artists who you hear multiple times a day on the radio. They truly didn’t disappoint anyone who attended this year’s Jingle Ball and we are excited to see what they have in store next holiday season.
