The Great Saltair – Magna, Utah

The time has finally come for the sold out show in Magna, Utah. Twenty One Pilots next stop was at The Great Saltair. It was the perfect night to perform outside. The America duo group of Twenty One Pilots, Tyler Joseph, and Josh Dun, from Columbus, Ohio are currently on tour for their latest album release of Blurryface. Echosmith, and Finish Ticket were added on to their tour as supporting acts.

Making their second return at Utah this year, Echosmith was up next. Since the 4 members have swept the nation with Cool Kids, they have been an inspiration for everyone of all ages. The depth and maturity of their music truly makes them a unique band. They kicked off with Let’s Love, picking up the energy from the fans. Leading to their second song, Talking Dreams, with vocalist Sydney Sierota, picking up her pink parasol with such grace. She took a brief moment to introduce her brothers, Graham, Jamie and Noah. Although Noah was having to use an oxygen concentrator for the night, it didn’t stop him to play for their Utah fans. The siblings were energetic and with the fans, feeling their passion on stage. There’s no limits with what the young quadruple talents can accomplish together. They finished their set for night with platinum hit, Cool Kids.

Blurryface Tour_9/26/15;SLC, UTBy this time, it was dark outside and you can even see the stars in the sky. The stage lights brightened and next the audience heard a fun quick drumming from the song Heavydirtysoul. The microphone hung from the stage celling as Tyler Joseph, who was zipped up in a skeleton jacket, emerged towards the crowd. Their setlist consisted of 26 songs which fans could not get enough off, from the front to the back everyone united as one. During the song Car Radio, Joseph had disappeared for a moment, off the stage. Suddenly, you could see him standing at the balcony asking the fans to keep their hands up as he finished the song. After the song Goner, Joseph had asked how everyone has been doing and said “I want you to know, when people ask how on this tour went, I’m going to remember this show- so thank you so much.” then started playing their song, Trees. To end the show with a bang, both Joseph and Duh dove to the crowd with their drums. As soon as they started playing, confetti shot out to the crowd ending their last song of night. You could feel the love for their music and intensity of their performance throughout entire night.

Don’t miss out on this electrifying performance, start planing on buying your ticket in advance as they sell out very quickly. Twenty One Pilots is truly a one of a kind band both musically & live performances and extraordinary how much energy of what two musicians can bring in a concert.
