Volbeat European tour
On October 11 Volbeat embark on their highly awaited arena tour in support of their critically acclaimed 5th album “Outlaw Gentlemen and Shady Ladies” with headliner show in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, Italy and Spain and more. The album reached the #1 album spot in Denmark, Canada, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and Austria. More amazing chart entries in Finland at #2, #4 in the Netherlands and Sweden, and #9 in The United States.
Front man Michael Poulsen shares, “This is amazing and something we almost can’t believe. It’s crazy for us to think we did that, but the most fantastic thing about it is that we did it with the fans’ support and dedication to the band. Without their love for the band, this wouldn’t have been possible. So thanks a lot dear fans. The support you’re giving us is something we’re very proud of. You people rock big time.”

The quartet will be joined by a company of good friends and accomplices; Iced Earth will be main support from Oct 11 in Milan until Dec 1st at Forum, Copenhagen.
Iced Earth are currently recording their 11th studio album ”Plaques of Babylon” slated for a release later this year. As Michael Poulsen puts it: “It’s an honor again to share the road and stage with our brothers in legendary Iced Earth. I’ve been a huge fan (and still am) of Iced Earth since their self titled debut in 1990. We once shared the road with them in the US and now we’re back together in Europe.
